Sponsorship Agreement/Form
 

This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ZLR Networking Experience ("Organizer") and the undersigned ("Sponsor") for sponsorship of the 2nd Annual ZLR Networking Experience.

Sponsorship Levels and Benefits
 

Platinum Sponsor – $5,000

• Premier logo placement on all event materials

• Verbal recognition during event

• Featured spotlight on ZLR social media

• Vendor table at event

• 5 complimentary tickets

• Branded inclusion in gift bags (if applicable)

Gold Sponsor – $2,500

• Logo placement on select marketing materials

• Social media recognition

• Vendor table opportunity

• 4 complimentary tickets

• Verbal recognition at event.

Silver Sponsor – $1000

• Logo placement on event materials

• Social media shoutout

• 3 complimentary ticket

Bronze Sponsor – $500​

• Social media recognition

• Name listed on event materials

• 2 complimentary tickets

Community Supporter – ($250 and below)​

• Name listed on event materials

• Verbal shoutout at event

• Social media thank you

• 1 complimentary ticket

General Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

   • Full sponsorship payment is due upon signing this Agreement.

2. Materials Submission

   • Sponsor must submit a high-resolution logo and any related promotional materials by July 31st.

   • Failure to submit materials by the deadline may impact inclusion in conference promotions.

3. Use of Sponsor Assets

   • Sponsor grants Organizer the right to use its name, logo, and promotional content for the purpose of marketing and promoting the 2nd Annual ZLR Networking Experience

4. Cancellation Policy

   • Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once paid.

   • If the event is rescheduled or canceled for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, Sponsor benefits will be transferred to the rescheduled event.

5. Indemnification and Liability

   • Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Sponsor’s participation in the event.

6. Entire Agreement

   • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Sponsor and Organizer regarding sponsorship of the 2nd Annual ZLR Networking Experience.

   • Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
