Panelist Agreement​

This Panelist Agreement ("Agreement") is made between ZLR Conference ("Organizer") and the undersigned individual ("Panelist") for participation in the ZLR Conference.

Panelist Responsibilities and Terms

1. Participation

• Panelist agrees to participate in the designated panel discussion(s) at the date, time, and location provided by Organizer.

• Panelist agrees to arrive at least one (1) hour before their scheduled session for check-in, sound check, and preparation.

2. Content and Conduct

• Panelist agrees to contribute thoughtfully, respectfully, and professionally to discussions.

• Topics must align with the session theme provided by Organizer and must not include unauthorized sales pitches, offensive language, or unrelated personal promotions.

• Panelist agrees to comply with Organizer’s event guidelines, including time limits and format.

3. Promotion

• Panelist agrees to help promote their appearance at the ZLR Conference through their own platforms (social media, email lists, etc.) when possible.

• Organizer will provide graphics and official hashtags to assist with promotion.

4. Media Release

• Panelist grants Organizer permission to record, photograph, and/or live-stream their participation.

• Organizer may use these recordings, photographs, or quotes from the session for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without additional compensation.

5. Compensation

• Panelist acknowledges that participation is voluntary and unpaid.

• No honorarium, stipend, or reimbursement for travel, lodging, or other expenses will be provided by Organizer.

• Panelist is responsible for all personal costs associated with participation.

6. Cancellation Policy

• If unable to participate, Panelist agrees to provide Organizer with written notice at least 14 days prior to the event, except in the case of emergency.

7. Liability Waiver

• Panelist releases Organizer from any liability related to participation, travel, personal injury, or loss of personal property at the event.

8. General Terms

• This Agreement is non-transferable and binding upon execution.

• Organizer reserves the right to make adjustments to the panel schedule, format, or lineup as necessary.
